FACILITATOR
Responsible for the facilitating RYLArians throughout the camp. Must be at camp from 4pm Friday through close of camp on Sunday at 2pm. Must be available for Facilitator training 4-hour session on January 22, 2011 from 10am-2pm at the Hawaiian Humback Whale Sanctuary, 726 S. Kihei Rd. (Additional “Volunteer Affidavit Form” required*)
CAMP ASSISTANTS:
Work Friday January 28th, 12 Noon – 4pm, to prepare the camp site for occupancy – cleaning cabins, restrooms, cleaning and setting up Long House, etc.

SUPPLIES ACQUISION TEAM: Friday, February 6 10am-2pm - Using your vehicle (an SUV, van, or truck is ideal) pick up donated supplies at various businesses in Kihei, Kahului, and Wailuku and transport supplies to Camp Maluhia.

SET UP TEAM - Assist with camp set up of kitchen, Long House, Registration area, Cabin prop, Bus arrival area. Arrive by 2:00 pm on Friday. Done by 5:00 pm on Friday.
REGISTRATION TEAM - Assist with registration of campers. Arrive at 3:00 pm. Done by 5:00 pm on Fri
Chaperone BOTH nights, Friday & Saturday - 11pm-7am

NIGHT PATROL - Walk perimeter of cabins area each night to ensure safety of campers 11pm to 7am

KITCHEN TEAM - Help Lead Cook prepare and serve 6 meals plus snacks during the camp. Need to arrive at least 90 minutes before each mealtime and remain 30 minutes after for clean-up. MEALTIMES: Breakfast is at 7am; Lunch is at 12Noon; Dinner is at 6pm.

SUNDAY END OF CAMP ACTIVITIES AND CLEAN UP - Assist the Director and Student Camp Assistants with Graduation Ceremony and clean and pack up of camp supplies. 10am - 2pm on Sunday.
